FREE SAME DAY CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a free same day click and collect service. Place your order before 4pm Monday to Saturday or before 3pm on Sunday. Orders placed after these times will be available from 9.30am the very next day.
DELIVERY INFO
All orders are sent using a tracked service and you will receive your tracking number once your goods have been dispatched. For your security our courier will operate on a pin system. When the delivery is made, you will be required to confirm delivery with a pin number. This number will be emailed/text to you before delivery. So please double check your details. Your parcel will not be left in a "Safe Place", someone has to be available to receive the order.
MISSED DELIVERY
In the event you miss delivery from the courier they will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If you miss delivery for a second time the item will be returned to OD's. In this event, you will be required to pay for shipping again. Alternatively a refund on the original order will be issued.
RETURNS
