Our Story
OD's Jewellers was established in 2015 by Helen, who brought with her a career spanning over 35 years in the jewellery and retail trade. Before founding OD's Jewellers, Helen had built an extensive career as both a buyer and area manager for a large retail group — experience that shaped not only how the business was set up, but how it has been run ever since.
That background matters. A buyer understands product at a level that most retailers do not — how pieces are constructed, what separates quality from compromise, which brands stand behind their product and which do not. An area manager understands operations, people, and what it takes to run a retail business consistently to a high standard. Helen brought both to Barrow Street, and those standards have been in place since day one.

Swiss watches carry full manufacturer documentation and are verified against brand records before sale. Nothing leaves the verification process and reaches a customer without having been assessed by a named team member.
The same applies online. Every product listed on odsjewellers.com has been through the same in-store verification process as the shop floor stock. The team member who checked it is named on the product page. That level of accountability is not common in jewellery retail.
