CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All packages are neatly prepared and your goods will be packaged securely to ensure your order arrives with you in perfect condition
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received in your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery. You can find our full returns policy here.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
UK orders placed Monday-Friday before 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. (excludes weekends) Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If you require Saturday delivery, please select this option at checkout.
Orders outside the UK placed Monday-Friday before 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day via DHL and will arrive usually within 2-3 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking code to track your delivery progress.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to be returned to you via your original form of payment.
