- Orders placed after the cut-off will be ready from 9:30am the next day

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote UK regions:
- Two-Day Delivery: £17.00. Order before 2:30pm Monday - Thursday
International Delivery (USA, Canada & Australia)
We now ship to the USA, Canada and Australia. A flat delivery fee is added at checkout: USA & Canada £20, Australia £25. This covers shipping only — it does not include any import duty, tax or courier handling fee, which you pay directly to the courier when your parcel is delivered.

*Estimated only. USA import charges apply to all orders (~5–8% duty on precious-metal jewellery + a 10% UK tariff + a courier fee) since the $800 duty-free allowance ended in 2025. Canada charges ~5–8.5% duty + 5% GST + provincial sales tax + a courier fee (the duty-free allowance is only CAD $20). Australia is duty & tax free under approx AUD $1,000 (~£520), then ~15% (5% duty + 10% GST) applies. Figures assume precious-metal jewellery/watches and are for guidance only. Watches and higher-value pieces may be charged more.
All prices are shown excluding any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. You, the customer, are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and courier handling fees charged on arrival. These are NOT included in your OD's order total or shipping fee and are NOT collected by us.
The figures shown are ESTIMATES ONLY. Final charges are set entirely by the destination customs authority and courier, and may differ. OD's accepts no responsibility for these charges, for any customs delays, or for parcels refused or returned due to unpaid duties (return shipping and any losses are the customer's responsibility).

How DPD Delivery Works
All orders are sent via DPD with a PIN code for secure delivery.
- Once dispatched, DPD will send your tracking details and a unique PIN code by email or SMS
- On delivery day, you'll receive a one-hour delivery window
- The PIN code is required - the driver cannot hand over your parcel without it
- If someone else is accepting the parcel on your behalf, make sure they have the PIN code too
- If you need the PIN resent, the driver can do this using the email or mobile number provided at checkout
