14-day returns on unworn items purchased online

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Be unworn and in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Have been purchased online (not in-store)

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Pack the item securely, including your completed returns form.
  2. Bring it to our store in person, or send it to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery - this service insures goods up to £500, with cover extendable to £1,000 for a small premium.
  3. Once we receive your return, an exchange or full refund will be issued within 24 hours.

Important Information

  • Original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit - this is why we strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • If you are returning an item for exchange, the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. We may also charge for the cost of sending out the exchanged item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it and we will advise on the best course of action. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
  • Any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
