We currently use DPD as our main UK courier service. Orders placed before 2.30pm Mon - Thursday are dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed before 2.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We also offer a Saturday and sunday delivery service or you can pick up your items in store with our free click & collect service. Pick up and delivery dates may differ slightly on bank holidays. 

Click and collect is only available on days and hours of operation.

Sunday Delivery: £5.95 (place order before 1.00pm saturday

Free Next Day Delivery: May be available depending on the current running promotion. 

Click & Collect: We offer a free same day click and collect service. Place your order before 4pm Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after these times will be available for collection the next day from 9.30am.

Delivery Information (DPD Pin Code Delivery) 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or text from DPD with your tracking details and a unique delivery PIN code. Please provide this PIN code to the delivery driver to complete your delivery. 

What to Expect on Delivery Day:

DPD will send you a delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

If you’re unable to receive your parcel, you can reschedule delivery on the DPD website.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, DPD will try again on the next working day.

Important:

PIN code is required to complete the delivery. If you don’t have it, DPD cannot hand over your parcel and will attempt delivery the following working day.

If someone else will be accepting the parcel, they will also need the PIN code to complete the delivery.
