DPD & PIN delivery
You’ll receive tracking and a unique DPD PIN code by email/SMS once your order ships. The PIN is required to receive the parcel. Hand it to the driver or the parcel cannot be handed over.
DPD will send a delivery time slot on the day. If you can’t accept delivery, you can reschedule via the DPD link in your tracking message. If no one accepts the parcel, DPD will attempt delivery the next working day.

For purchases made in the run-up to Christmas, we accept returns and exchanges up until 4 January 2026 to give you extra time over the festive period.
During the rest of the year our standard returns policy offers a 14 day no hassle returns policy.
